  • Ad account information (pages_show_list): we identify which ad accounts are connected to the user's profile, so they can view and select them from their dashboard.
  • Page engagement statistics (pages_read_engagement): we access metrics such as "likes", comments, reach, and shares to show how organic content performs compared to paid ads.
  • Advertising campaign data and management (ads_management): we obtain campaign metrics (impressions, spend, ROAS, etc.) and allow users to pause, resume, or modify campaign budgets from our dashboard.

c. E-commerce platform data:

  • Escalafy also connects sales and product data from platforms like Tiendanube to generate cross-reports with advertising performance.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Display consolidated information in a centralized dashboard.
  • Enable actions such as activating/pausing campaigns and adjusting budgets directly from Escalafy.
  • Provide personalized analysis and insights to improve advertising decision-making.
  • Provide support and respond to user inquiries.

Meta Compliance: We process all Meta platform data ("Platform Data") solely as described in this policy and in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Platform Policies, and all applicable laws.

3. Storage and Security

The data we process is stored on secure servers. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or modification.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties.
