Utmify pricing 2026: what it costs in reais (and what you overpay)

Plans run from R$ 119.90 to R$ 5,399.90 per month and are set by how many sales you track. The full breakdown, verified in their help center, plus the charges that don't show up in the table.

If you went to utmify.com.br looking for the pricing page, you didn't find it: it doesn't exist. The full list is published, but in their help center, not on the marketing site. Here it is in full, verified today, with the extra charges almost nobody tells you about before you sign up.

Utmify's plans, one by one

Utmify is a Brazilian product and bills in reais. The first thing to understand is how the plans are split: not by features, but by how many sales you track per month.

  • Free — R$ 0.00. Up to 30 sales per month, 1 ad account, 1 webhook and 1 dashboard.
  • Premium — R$ 119.90/month. Up to 1,000 sales, 3 ad accounts, 3 webhooks, 3 dashboards.
  • Avançado — R$ 249.90/month. Up to 2,500 sales, 7 ad accounts, 7 webhooks, 7 dashboards.
  • Monster — R$ 399.90/month. Up to 5,000 sales, with unlimited accounts, webhooks and dashboards.

Above Monster sits the Scale line, with eight tiers: from Scale 7.5K at R$ 549.90 (up to 7,500 sales) to Scale 120K at R$ 5,399.90 (up to 120,000 sales). In between: 10K at R$ 699.90, 15K at R$ 949.90, 20K at R$ 1,199.90, 30K at R$ 1,749.90, 50K at R$ 2,699.90 and 80K at R$ 3,999.90.

The charge that isn't in the table: going over your plan's cap doesn't lock your account — they bill you per extra sale. R$ 0.14 per sale on Premium, R$ 0.12 on Avançado and R$ 0.07 on Monster. A good Hot Sale can move your monthly bill without you changing a thing in your setup.

The add-ons billed separately

Two features many people assume are included are charged separately:

  • WhatsApp integration — R$ 59.90.
  • Each extra collaborator — R$ 49.90. If three people look at the dashboard, that's two add-ons.

Utmify raised its prices on April 1, 2026. According to their own notice, the new price only applies at the first renewal after that date. If you saw lower prices in a 2025 YouTube video, they no longer apply.

Why pricing tied to your sales is a problem

It's the most common model in the category and the least discussed. Think about it this way: the work the tool does when you process 1,000 sales and when you process 5,000 is practically the same. What changes is your revenue, not their cost.

Going from Premium to Monster takes you from R$ 119.90 to R$ 399.90 a month. You tripled the subscription and you're using exactly the same screens. In practice, the tool takes a cut of your growth — right when you're scaling and need every point of margin.

And there's a second layer if you sell in Argentina or Mexico: the plan is in reais. Your real cost depends on that month's exchange rate, not on any decision of yours.

What the price doesn't include if you sell physical products in LATAM

This is the cost that doesn't show up in any table. Utmify integrates about 130 sales platforms — a huge number — but almost all of them are Brazilian info-product checkouts and payment gateways: Kiwify, Hotmart, Braip, Cakto, Ticto, Monetizze. Going through that list today, three gaps matter:

  • Mercado Libre. There's no marketplace on the integrations list. That channel never reaches the dashboard, and with it go the category fees and Full costs.
  • Mercado Pago. It isn't listed as an integrated gateway, so neither the real fees by payment method nor the settlement timelines come through.
  • Interest-free installments. Utmify does let you enter taxes, fees and product cost — it calculates a profit. What it doesn't model is the financial cost of offering 3 or 6 installments, which in Argentina is one of the costs that eats the most margin.

Is it worth it?

If you sell info-products or do dropshipping with Brazilian checkouts, yes, and pretty clearly: no other tool has that integration coverage, and the free plan with 30 sales is enough to validate an offer without spending a cent.

If you run a physical-products store on Tiendanube or Shopify that also sells on Mercado Libre, the math changes: you pay in reais a price that rises with your sales, for a tool that can't see one of your channels or your payment costs.
