Utmify tells you which ad the sale came from. Escalafy tells you how much you kept.
Utmify is a serious tool and very good at what it does: tracking the source of every sale for people who sell digital products in Brazil. If you run a store that sells on Mercado Libre, gets paid through Mercado Pago and offers installments, there are three things it doesn't see — and its dashboard isn't in Spanish.

The short answer
If you sell digital products or do dropshipping with Brazilian checkouts like Kiwify, Hotmart or Braip, Utmify is probably the best tool you can use and you shouldn't switch: it integrates almost 130 sales platforms and nothing else comes close on that front. If you run a physical-products store that sells on Tiendanube or Shopify plus Mercado Libre, gets paid through Mercado Pago and offers interest-free installments, Utmify connects none of those three — and you're measuring where your sales come from without being able to close out your bottom line.
How much Utmify costs in 2026
Prices taken from Utmify's public help center on September 4, 2026. They're in Brazilian reais and plans are defined by the number of sales tracked per month. Utmify raised its list prices on April 1, 2026, so if you saw older numbers they no longer apply.
Up to 30 sales per month, 1 ad account, 1 webhook, 1 dashboard.
Up to 1,000 sales, 3 ad accounts, 3 webhooks, 3 dashboards.
Up to 2,500 sales, 7 ad accounts, 7 webhooks, 7 dashboards.
Up to 5,000 sales, unlimited accounts, webhooks and dashboards.
Eight tiers, from 7,500 up to 120,000 sales per month.
The fine print
The price is tied to your sales volume, not to what you use. Each tier has a cap, and going over doesn't lock you out: you're charged per extra sale — R$ 0,14 on Premium, R$ 0,12 on Avançado and R$ 0,07 on Monster. A good month raises your bill on its own. Add the extras: the WhatsApp integration costs R$ 59,90 and each extra collaborator R$ 49,90. And since the plan is in reais, if you bill in pesos your real cost depends on that month's exchange rate.
Why stores switch from Utmify
Mercado Libre isn't among its integrations
Utmify connects almost 130 sales platforms, and nearly all of them are Brazilian digital-product checkouts and payment gateways. There isn't a single marketplace on the list: no Mercado Libre, no Amazon. If part of your revenue goes through one, that channel simply doesn't exist in the dashboard — and with it go the category fees and Full costs.
Mercado Pago and the cost of installments
Utmify does let you load taxes, fees and product cost, so it calculates a profit. What it doesn't have is Mercado Pago's real fee by payment method, payout timelines, or the financing cost of offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments. Those three eat the most margin in Argentina, and you have to estimate them by hand.
It's in Portuguese, and the price in reais rises with your sales
Utmify is a Brazilian product: its help center is only in Portuguese. If your team doesn't read it, every operational question gets slow. And the plan scales by sales volume, so growing raises your bill even when you're measuring exactly the same thing.
