Triple Whale tells you which ad made the sale. Escalafy tells you if you made money.
Triple Whale is a great tool for a Shopify store in the United States. If you sell in Argentina, Mexico or Brazil, there are three things it doesn't see: Mercado Libre, Mercado Pago and what interest-free installments take out of every sale.

The short answer
If you only sell on Shopify, in dollars and in the United States, Triple Whale is a good option and you probably don't need to switch. If part of your revenue goes through Mercado Libre or Tiendanube, if you get paid through Mercado Pago, or if you offer interest-free installments, Triple Whale isn't modeling your real costs — and the number at the top isn't your profit.
How much Triple Whale costs in 2026
Public prices for Triple Whale's plans as of September 2026. Annual billing is about 17% cheaper and requires a 12-month contract. Always check their site before deciding — they cut prices in early 2026 and could change them again.

The fine print
The list price is not the final price. Plans scale with your store's GMV, so the bill goes up on its own as you grow — even if your measurement needs stay exactly the same. Public reports put the real cost between USD 149 and more than USD 1,290 per month depending on revenue. It's the same pattern you see across almost the whole category: the price on the homepage is the floor, not the ceiling.
Why stores switch from Triple Whale
Mercado Libre doesn't exist in Triple Whale
If you sell on Mercado Libre, that revenue simply never makes it into the dashboard — and with it go the category fees, the Full costs and the installments. You end up measuring half your business precisely and the other half by gut feel.
Mercado Pago and interest-free installments
Offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments isn't free: the financing cost comes out of your margin on every sale. No tool built for Stripe and Shopify Payments models it. Escalafy deducts it order by order.
Dollar pricing that scales with your revenue
A plan tied to GMV penalizes exactly what you want to happen: selling more. And billed in dollars from Argentina, the real cost depends on that month's exchange rate.

Meta showed me 4x ROAS, but when I added up the real costs I was barely making money. With Escalafy I found campaigns that were losing money, and that Mercado Pago plus installments were eating a brutal percentage.
