Aimerce publishes its price, which in this category is already unusual. What doesn't jump out of the table is that the plan is not the invoice: on top of the three plans there are four add-ons with their own meters, and two of them are only included in the USD 499 plan. Here's the full table exactly as it reads on their site and their Shopify listing today, plus the math on how a USD 299 plan ends up at USD 446 without you changing anything about how you operate.
The three plans, one by one
Everything is billed in dollars, and the plan is set by a single number: how many orders your store does per month. That's good news and worth saying — it's the same axis we bill on, so the comparison doesn't need to assume any conversion rate. They publish no annual discount.
- Essential — USD 299/month. 1,000 orders a month included, USD 0.10 for every order past the cap. Includes the Durable ID, one-click server-side tracking, the Klaviyo Revenue Amplifier, the Meta Conversions API enhancer, Google Enhanced Conversions, OpenAI server-side tracking, express checkout click ID relinking, and cross-device tracking.
- Growth — USD 499/month. 10,000 orders a month included, USD 0.05 per extra order. Adds headless Shopify support, attribution analytics and reporting, live activities with user journeys, and a 12-hour support SLA. It also includes two of the add-ons that cost extra on Essential.
- Enterprise — USD 1,799/month. 50,000 orders a month included, USD 0.03 per extra order. Adds a dedicated customer success manager, customized integration, and a 6-hour support SLA.
Two things before we go on. There is no free plan: what they offer is a 30-day trial with a money-back guarantee, and they word the guarantee pretty bluntly — "Aimerce pays for itself or you don't pay anything." That's a vendor promise, not a verifiable fact, but 30 days is longer than almost anyone in this category gives and it counts as risk reduction. And there is no installation invoice: it installs as a Shopify app, with no implementation project. On that they're better than several competitors who charge four figures for onboarding.
The detail that changes the math: their pricing page lists four add-ons with their own prices, separate from the plan. Credit packs for the Aima agent from USD 59/month (USD 139 and USD 289 for the higher tiers, and subscribers get 500 bonus credits a month), Catalog AI SEO at USD 99, Custom Events at USD 49, and Second Popup at USD 39. The last two are included in Growth, which puts the upsell ladder in plain view: want them on Essential, you pay; move to Growth at USD 499, they come with it. A store on Essential that wants custom events, the second popup and the smallest agent pack pays USD 299 + 49 + 39 + 59 = USD 446 a month. Count your add-ons before you look at the entry price.
What it does well, said plainly
That price buys something real, and there are things on this list we don't have. The first is the part of their product we like most: click ID relinking on accelerated checkout. When a customer buys with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal, the flow jumps into a context where the chain of click parameters breaks — and that sale reaches Meta with no idea which ad it came from. It's a concrete hole, a huge one in stores where accelerated checkout takes half the purchases, and almost nobody attacks it head-on. They do.
The second is the Durable ID and cross-device tracking: a first-party identity that survives cookie clearing and the jump from phone to desktop, which is exactly what lets Meta recognize who bought. The third will age well: OpenAI server-side tracking, meaning measuring the visits arriving from ChatGPT. If your traffic from AI assistants is growing — and in almost every store it is — very few people measure that today. And the fourth is the Aima agent in Slack, plus Catalog AI SEO: asking questions about your data in the channel where you already work is a format we don't have and that will click for plenty of teams.
And there's a reputation number you can't argue with: 5.0 stars across 95 reviews on the Shopify App Store, with around 955 stores installed and 53.8% growth over the year according to StoreLeads. That's a smaller base than the big names in the category, but it's growing fast and the rating is the highest we've seen in this space. This isn't a doubtful product: it's a good, expensive one.
The cost that isn't in any plan
This is the cost no table shows, and if you sell in LATAM it's the one that weighs most. We checked their site and their Shopify listing today. Here's what's missing:
- Tiendanube and Nuvemshop. The only e-commerce platform they name is Shopify, with headless support from the Growth plan. If your store runs on Tiendanube there's no app to install — it isn't a plan limitation, the product simply doesn't exist there.
- Mercado Libre. No marketplace appears on their integration list. If part of your revenue lives there, the dashboard shows you half a company — and the category fees and Full costs go with it.
- The cost of what you sell. Aimerce improves the event and delivers it to its destination; it doesn't have the cost of your goods, packaging, shipping, Mercado Pago fees, or the financing cost of offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments. Their attribution analytics, which arrives from the Growth plan, attributes revenue — not margin.
- When the money lands. Nothing in their public material describes forecasting payouts by payment method and installment count. Here that's the difference between having profit on paper and having the cash for your next inventory run.
- The language. The dashboard, the documentation and the support are in English.
Compared with Escalafy, step by step
This comparison is cleaner than most, because both bill on the same axis: monthly orders. No need to translate visitors into sales. We're comparing against Escalafy's Pixel, which is the equivalent product — the profitability dashboard is bought separately and we cover it below. In the Aimerce column we always used the cheaper of the two options: stay on the plan and pay the overage, or move up a plan. On several steps staying and paying overage is the better deal, and almost nobody runs that math.
| Your month | Aimerce | Escalafy Pixel |
|---|---|---|
| 800 orders | USD 299 (Essential) | USD 99 |
| 1,000 orders | USD 299 (Essential, at the cap) | USD 149 |
| 2,500 orders | USD 449 (Essential + overage) | USD 149 |
| 5,000 orders | USD 499 (Growth) | USD 199 |
| 10,000 orders | USD 499 (Growth, at the cap) | USD 279 |
| 25,000 orders | USD 1,249 (Growth + overage) | USD 399 |
| 50,000 orders | USD 1,799 (Enterprise) | USD 499 |
| Add-ons | + USD 39 to USD 289/month | No charge |
| Installation | No charge | No charge |
What stands out reading it straight: the floor. There is no entry step. A store doing 200 orders a month pays the same as one doing 1,000 — USD 299 — because Essential is the first plan that exists. For a brand doing a million dollars a month that's noise; for a store still building its operation it's a dollar subscription that eats the margin on dozens of orders. And look at the 25,000 step: there the difference is USD 1,249 against USD 399, more than three times.
Separately there's the profitability dashboard, which at Escalafy is a different product from the pixel and is bought on its own: it has a permanent free plan up to 50 orders a month and then runs from USD 19 to USD 549 depending on your orders. I mention it because it's the piece that answers the question Aimerce doesn't — whether you made money — and it isn't included in the pixel price on either side.
And a necessary caveat: this table does not say Escalafy is better than Aimerce. It says it's considerably cheaper and that it includes local costs. If your specific problem is accelerated checkout breaking your attribution, or measuring the visits arriving from ChatGPT, the middle column does things the right-hand one doesn't do at any price.
Is it worth it?
If you have a Shopify brand with volume, a good share of your purchases going through Shop Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal, and the problem that hurts is Meta not identifying who bought, yes. Aimerce attacks that hole better than almost anyone, the 30-day trial with a guarantee lets you measure it without risk, and 5.0 stars across 95 reviews is no accident. At that price the math is against how much it lowers your cost per acquisition — and if it lowers it, it pays for itself.
If you have a store on Tiendanube, you collect with Mercado Pago, or you offer interest-free installments, you're looking at a subscription starting at USD 299 a month for half the answer — and for the wrong platform. Not because the tool is badly built: it's very well built. It's that it fixes the signal, it doesn't calculate your profit. It will hand Meta a flawless purchase event with the email and phone inside, and it won't know whether the sale you just made left you any margin.
We compare both tools feature by feature, with the full table and verified prices, in Escalafy vs Aimerce. If you're weighing options, also look at the Aimerce alternatives and the reviews and who it's for.
Plans, monthly prices, included orders, cost per extra order, the four add-ons (Aima from USD 59, Catalog AI SEO USD 99, Custom Events USD 49, Second Popup USD 39), the absence of a free plan, the 30-day trial and the money-back guarantee, verified on October 16, 2026 on the public pricing page at aimerce.ai and on the Aimerce First-Party Pixel listing on the Shopify App Store.
