Server-side tracking for Shopify: what Elevar costs in 2026 and the destination math

Four plans from USD 225 to USD 3,000 a month, verified today on their public page. Plus the second meter almost nobody counts: they bill per destination.

First, something that saves you five minutes of searching: as of 2026, Elevar is sold as Audiense Online. Type getelevar.com into your browser today and you land on Audiense's page — we checked this morning. The app is still published on the Shopify App Store under the Elevar name and the plans are still being sold, so the pricing question still has an answer. Here's the full table exactly as it reads on their site today, plus the second meter that turns a USD 225 plan into a USD 475 one without you changing anything about how you operate.

The four plans, one by one

Everything is billed in dollars. Two numbers define the plan at once: how many orders it processes per month and how many data destinations you're allowed to connect. That second number is the one that matters, and we get to it in a minute. They publish no annual discount.

  • Core — USD 225/month. Up to 2,000 orders a month and up to 2 destinations. USD 0.50 for every order past the cap. Includes the data layer, the event pipeline, identity resolution and session enrichment. Advertising and analytics destinations. Standard support, 24-hour response.
  • Advanced — USD 650/month. Up to 10,000 orders and up to 4 destinations. USD 0.15 per extra order. Adds affiliate and influencer destinations, email and SMS, attribution and BI, custom events and triggers, and export to BigQuery and Google Pub/Sub.
  • Premium — USD 1,250/month. Up to 30,000 orders and up to 10 destinations. USD 0.10 per extra order. Adds the API framework for non-Shopify platforms and predicted LTV. Priority support, 12-hour response.
  • Elite — from USD 3,000/month. Up to 75,000 orders and up to 25 destinations. USD 0.04 per extra order. Above that, it's a sales conversation.

Two things before we go on. There is no free plan: what they offer is a 15-day trial on Core, Advanced and Premium. And there's a separate installation invoice that isn't in the monthly price: USD 1,000 one time for assisted implementation on a standard Shopify store, and USD 4,500 if your store is headless or you need the API implementation. As of October 12, 2026 their page offers that install free for anyone who signs up before November 6, so it may not apply to you today — but it's the list price, and it comes back when the promotion ends.

The detail that changes the math: there are two meters, not one. On top of orders, they charge USD 125 a month for every data destination past your plan's cap. And destinations pile up without you noticing: any ordinary store sends events to Meta, GA4, Klaviyo and TikTok — that's four, and the Core plan includes two. That store, at 2,000 orders a month, pays USD 225 + USD 250 = USD 475 a month, or moves up to Advanced at USD 650 to get all four included. The entry price you saw published, USD 225, is for a store that sends its data to two places and nothing more. Count your destinations before you look at the number.

What it does well, and it's only fair to say so

That price buys something real, and several items on the list are things we don't have. The first is the breadth of destinations: their page names 46 integrations across advertising, analytics, affiliate and influencer, attribution and BI, and email and SMS. If your operation feeds Braze, Attentive, Iterable or an affiliate platform, Elevar does that and nothing on our side does. The second is the export to BigQuery and Pub/Sub from the Advanced plan: if you have a data warehouse and a data team, that's exactly the piece you need. The third is platform reach: with the Premium plan's API framework they reach Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

And the fourth, which for a large brand matters more than the other three: they install it for you. USD 1,000 for an assisted implementation, or USD 4,500 on headless, is expensive seen from a small store and cheap seen from a brand doing millions a month that doesn't want its data layer to depend on someone on the team understanding Google Tag Manager. They also sell analyst services at USD 500 or USD 1,000 a month. We have none of that: Escalafy installs itself and is configured from the dashboard.

The cost that isn't in any plan

This is the cost no table shows, and if you sell in LATAM it's the one that weighs most. We checked their site, their Shopify listing and the Tiendanube and Nuvemshop app stores today. Here's what's missing:

  • Tiendanube and Nuvemshop. There's no Elevar app in either app store, and their own platform list doesn't name them. Their e-commerce integration is the Shopify app; everything else goes through the API, available from the Premium plan at USD 1,250 a month.
  • Mercado Libre. No marketplace appears in their integration list. If part of your revenue lives there, the dashboard shows you half your business — and the category fees and Full costs go with it.
  • The cost of what you sell. Elevar enriches the event and delivers it; it doesn't have the cost of your goods, packaging, shipping, Mercado Pago fees, or the financing cost of offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments. Their plan table mentions "profit optimization" from Advanced up, but what it optimizes is built on the event pipeline: there's nowhere to enter what an interest-free installment plan takes out of your margin in Argentina.
  • When the money lands. Nothing in their public material describes forecasting payouts by payment method and number of installments. In Argentina that's the difference between having profit on paper and having the cash to pay for your next stock order.
  • The language. The dashboard, the documentation and the support are in English.

Compared to Escalafy, tier by tier

This comparison is cleaner than most, because both bill on the same main axis: monthly orders. No need to assume a conversion rate or translate visitors into sales. The Elevar column assumes the plan you'd land on with two destinations; if you send data to four places, add USD 250 to the first two rows.

Your monthElevarEscalafy
40 ordersUSD 225 (Core)USD 0 (free plan)
300 ordersUSD 225 (Core)USD 19
2,000 ordersUSD 225 (Core, at the cap)USD 99
10,000 ordersUSD 650 (Advanced, at the cap)USD 199
30,000 ordersUSD 1,250 (Premium, at the cap)USD 399
75,000 ordersFrom USD 3,000 (Elite)USD 549
One more data destination+ USD 125/monthNo charge
InstallationUSD 1,000 — USD 4,500No charge

What jumps out reading it straight: the floor. There's no entry tier. A store doing 300 orders a month pays the same as one doing 2,000 — USD 225 — because Core is the first plan that exists. For a brand doing a million dollars a month that's noise; for a store still building its operation it's a dollar subscription that eats the margin on dozens of orders.

And a necessary caveat: this table doesn't say Escalafy is better than Elevar. It says it's much cheaper and that it includes local costs. If what you need is 46 destinations, a data warehouse being fed, and an implementation done by an outside team, the middle column does things the right-hand column doesn't do at any price.

Is it worth it?

If you have a large Shopify Plus or headless brand, with a data team, several destinations to feed and a real need for the data layer not to break, yes. Elevar is among the best at that and the price is consistent with the work it does. The 4.8 stars across 170 reviews on its Shopify listing are not an accident.

If you have a store on Tiendanube, get paid through Mercado Pago or offer interest-free installments, you're looking at a subscription that starts at USD 225 a month for half the answer. Not because the tool is badly built — it's very well built — but because it moves data, it doesn't calculate your profit. It will deliver spotless events to Meta, and it won't know whether the sale you just made left you any margin.
