Server-side tracking for Shopify: that's what Elevar does. Escalafy tells you if you made money.
Elevar is one of the best data pipelines there is for Shopify: a data layer, the Conversions API, 46 destinations, identity resolution for returning visitors. But that's what it is — a pipeline. It starts at USD 225 a month, charges USD 125 for every extra destination, doesn't exist for Tiendanube or Mercado Libre, and doesn't know what the product you just sold cost you.

The short answer
Two things before the price. First: as of 2026 Elevar is sold as Audiense Online — getelevar.com now redirects to Audiense's page, though the Shopify app is still published, active and rated 4.8 stars. Second: these are not the same tool. Elevar moves data. It takes your store's events, enriches them and sends them server-side to Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo and 42 other destinations. It does that very well, and for a large Shopify Plus brand it is hard to replace. What it does not do is tell you whether you made money: it has no cost for your goods, it doesn't model Mercado Pago fees or the financing cost of interest-free installments, and it doesn't exist for Tiendanube or Mercado Libre. And the price is in another league: the entry plan is USD 225 a month with two destinations included — the third and fourth, say GA4 and Klaviyo, add USD 250 more.
How much Elevar costs in 2026
Prices taken from the public plan page for Audiense Online (the product formerly sold as Elevar) on October 12, 2026. The plan is set by how many orders it processes per month and how many data destinations you can connect. There is no free plan: there is a 15-day trial. They publish no annual discount.
Up to 2,000 orders/month and up to 2 destinations. USD 0.50 per extra order. Data layer, identity resolution, session enrichment. Standard support (24h).
Up to 10,000 orders/month and up to 4 destinations. USD 0.15 per extra order. Adds affiliate and email/SMS destinations, custom events, and export to BigQuery and Pub/Sub.
Up to 30,000 orders/month and up to 10 destinations. USD 0.10 per extra order. Adds the API for non-Shopify platforms and predicted LTV. Priority support (12h).
Up to 75,000 orders/month and up to 25 destinations. USD 0.04 per extra order.
The fine print
There are two meters, not one, and the second is the one that surprises people. On top of orders, they charge per data destination: USD 125 a month for every one past your plan's cap. And destinations add up fast. A normal store sends events to Meta, GA4, Klaviyo and TikTok: that's four, and the Core plan includes two. That store, at 2,000 orders a month, pays USD 225 plus USD 250 in extra destinations — USD 475 a month — or moves up to Advanced at USD 650. Installation is billed separately: their own table lists USD 1,000 for assisted implementation on a standard Shopify store and USD 4,500 if your store is headless or you need the API. As of October 12, 2026 their page offers the assisted install free for anyone who signs up before November 6, so that cost may not apply to you today — but it is the list price.
Why stores switch from Elevar
Tiendanube and Mercado Libre don't exist in Elevar
We checked their own site today: the e-commerce integration is the Shopify app, and for any other platform there's an API available only from the Premium plan at USD 1,250 a month. The platforms they name are WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Tiendanube, Nuvemshop and Mercado Libre are not on the list. If you sell on Mercado Libre, that entire channel stays outside the dashboard — along with its category fees and Full costs.
It moves data, it doesn't calculate your profit
This is the underlying difference and paying for a higher plan doesn't fix it. Elevar enriches the event and delivers it with better identity data, which raises your EMQ and improves how Meta optimizes. That is genuinely valuable. But it doesn't have the other side of the ledger: the cost of your goods, packaging, shipping, Mercado Pago fees, the financing cost of offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments. It can tell you a campaign brought in 40 sales; it can't tell you whether those 40 sales left you any margin.
Two meters and a USD 225 floor
They bill on processed orders and on data destinations at the same time. It's the only pricing model in the category that penalizes you for wanting to send your events somewhere else. And the floor is high: the entry plan costs USD 225 a month and there is no free plan. Escalafy bills only on monthly orders, starts free up to 50, and charges nothing per destination.

Switching takes five minutes
No data migration, no implementation project, and no installation invoice. You connect your accounts and Escalafy rebuilds your history on its own. And if your brand needs Elevar's pipeline to feed a data warehouse or ten email and SMS destinations, you don't have to choose: some operations run both.
- 1Connect your store: Tiendanube, Shopify or Mercado Libre.
- 2Connect your ad accounts and your payment gateway.
- 3Load your costs once. Escalafy calculates the rest for every order.
Meta showed me 4x ROAS, but when I added up the real costs I was barely making money. With Escalafy I found campaigns that were losing money, and that Mercado Pago plus installments were eating a brutal percentage.
