Tiendanube analytics app: how much Estadísticas Nube costs in 2026

Four plans, from $0 to $18,900 a month in pesos, verified today on their public page. The full breakdown and the detail almost nobody notices: profitability is only on the top plan.

First, let's be clear about what we're talking about, because the name is two generic Spanish words ("Nube statistics") and Google gets confused: this isn't the analytics panel Tiendanube already includes. We're talking about Estadísticas Nube, the third-party analytics app you install from the Tiendanube App Store, developed by Javier Huertas Bustos, and which, according to its own site, more than 5,200 stores use. Its App Store listing doesn't show the plans: it sends you to the site. We went and found them, and you have all of them below.

The four plans, one by one

Estadísticas Nube charges in Argentine pesos — its site has a single country selector, AR — and what separates one plan from another isn't your sales volume: it's the features and the number of users. That's an important difference from the rest of the category, and we'll come back to it in a minute.

  • Free — $0/month. Stats for the last 2 weeks, one-click period comparison, multiple customizable filters, up to 2 users.
  • Full — $9,500/month. Unlimited access to your store's history, up to 5 users, basic fee and cost settings, and a permanent history of abandoned carts.
  • Analytics — $12,600/month. Everything in Full, plus Google Analytics integration and up to 10 users.
  • Focus — $18,900/month. Adds profitability and margin stats with cost settings, plus a goals simulator and financial projections. Up to 15 users.

The free plan deserves a note, because it's not the norm: it's not a 15-day trial. It's permanent with no time limit, and the only catch is that you only see the last 2 weeks of data. If all you need is to look at last week, it's enough without paying.

What it does well, said up front: the price doesn't scale with your revenue and there's no overage charge per order. In this category that's the exception, not the rule — Triple Whale raises your bill with GMV, Utmify and Profitfy charge you per sale past the cap. Here you sell 200 orders or 20,000 and pay the same. And because it bills in pesos, your cost doesn't move with the exchange rate: that's a concrete advantage over any tool billed in dollars, ours included.

The detail that changes the math: profitability is at the top

If you came looking for the price because you want to know whether your store makes money, look closely at which plan has that feature. Profitability and margin stats only appear in Focus, the $18,900 plan — not in the $9,500 Full plan, which is the one almost everyone looks at first. Full and Analytics come with what they call "basic fee and cost settings," which is something else, and we'll explain it now.

Those basic settings do more than people usually assume, and credit where it's due. Their own footnote defines it: it refines your store's net revenue by subtracting the Tiendanube fee, payment method fees and financing costs. That last point matters a lot in Argentina: it's the cost of offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments, the one that eats the most margin and the one most international tools don't even model. Estadísticas Nube does account for it.

The cost that isn't in any plan

There's a limit that paying for the top plan doesn't fix, and it's the one that weighs most if you spend on ads. Today we checked their site and their App Store listing: the only external integration they name is Google Analytics. No Meta Ads, no Google Ads, no TikTok Ads.

Translated to your operation: not even the Focus plan can tell you whether a campaign was profitable, because your ad spend doesn't go into the calculation. It gives you each order's margin after fees and financing. It doesn't give you real ROAS or blended ROAS, or profitability by campaign, or which ad to turn off today. If your store lives on Meta Ads, that's exactly the number you're missing — and no plan includes it.

  • Mercado Libre. It's an app that runs inside Tiendanube. If part of your revenue goes through Mercado Libre, that channel doesn't exist on the dashboard, and with it go the category fees and Full costs.
  • Shopify. Same thing: if you have a second store there, that's two dashboards that don't add up.
  • When the money lands. Focus projects goals, but its public material doesn't describe predicting payouts by payment method and number of installments.

Compared with Escalafy

There's an honest problem here that no comparison should hide: Estadísticas Nube charges in pesos and Escalafy in dollars. Any table that puts both in the same currency is selling you a conversion that's stale within a week. We give you both prices in their list currency and you do the math, at whatever exchange rate you choose.

What you needEstadísticas NubeEscalafy
Look at the last 2 weeks$0 (Free)USD 0 (up to 50 orders/month)
Your store's full history$9,500 (Full)USD 19 (up to 300 orders)

5,000 orders a month$18,900 (Focus)USD 149

Read plainly, two things jump out, and they point in opposite directions. First: above a certain volume, Estadísticas Nube's flat price clearly works in its favor. Its Focus plan costs $18,900 whether you sell 500 or 20,000 orders, while Escalafy keeps scaling by tiers. For a large store that only sells through Tiendanube, that's a real advantage and it would be dishonest not to say so.

Second: the two rows that say "not available" can't be fixed with money. It's not that they're on a pricier plan — they aren't there. If tomorrow's decision is how much to put into Meta and which ad to turn off, no Estadísticas Nube plan is going to answer that.

Is it worth it?

If you have a store on Tiendanube, sell only there and your traffic is organic, email or word of mouth, yes, and by a lot. For $9,500 a month you get the full history, your customer data and a permanent history of abandoned carts — something Tiendanube on its own only keeps for 30 days. At that price, in pesos, there's not much to argue about.

If you spend on Meta Ads every month, or if you also sell on Mercado Libre, you're paying to see half the business. Not because the tool is badly built — it's very well built, and 74 reviews averaging 4.9 stars aren't an accident — but because it measures the store, not the whole operation.

We compared the two tools feature by feature, with the full table and verified prices, in Escalafy vs Estadísticas Nube. If you're weighing options, also see the Estadísticas Nube alternatives and the reviews from people who use it.
