Most alternatives lists are written by one of the alternatives. This one too, so let's start there: we make Escalafy and we're on the list. It's still useful, because the criteria matter more than the ranking — and in several of these cases the right answer is to stay on Estadísticas Nube.
First: why people look for alternatives
Almost always for one of three reasons. It's worth pinning down yours before looking at options, because each reason leads to a different tool.
- You spend on Meta Ads and don't know whether it leaves you anything. Estadísticas Nube doesn't connect to any advertising platform: the only external integration it names is Google Analytics. Without ad spend inside, real ROAS isn't possible, and no plan adds it.
- You sell on Mercado Libre or Shopify. It's an app that runs inside Tiendanube. What happens outside Tiendanube doesn't make it onto the dashboard.
- You want profitability and the price surprised you. Margin is only on the $18,900 Focus plan, not on the $9,500 Full plan that almost everyone looks at first.
Before going further, the honest part: if you have a single store on Tiendanube and your traffic isn't paid, stay on Estadísticas Nube. It's cheaper than almost everything on this list, bills in pesos (so the dollar doesn't move your bill), is built specifically for the ecosystem and has 4.9 stars from 74 reviews. Switching would mean paying more for features you won't use. Same if what you care about is the permanent history of abandoned carts — Tiendanube only keeps 30 days and no other tool on this list has that feature, ours included — or if you sell high volume through a single channel and value a flat price: it doesn't go up whether you sell 500 or 20,000 orders, and almost all the competition does.
1. Escalafy — if you spend on ads or sell on more than one channel
Built around Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre and Mercado Pago. It does the work Estadísticas Nube does on its Focus plan — add up sales, subtract costs and show you the margin — and adds the three things it's missing: Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads spend inside the calculation, so it gives you real ROAS and profitability by campaign; the Mercado Libre channel with its category fees and Full costs; and a prediction of when the money from each sale lands based on payment method and installments. It also does server-side tracking with its own pixel. Interface and support in Spanish and Portuguese, permanent free plan up to 50 orders a month.
It's not for you if: you don't advertise and only sell through Tiendanube. There you'd be paying for capacity you don't use. We also don't have Google Analytics integrated or a permanent cart history.
2. The panel Tiendanube already includes — if you're not paying for anything yet
The alternative nobody lists because it pays no commission. Tiendanube has its own analytics section included in your plan: sales, visits, products, traffic sources. If you're just starting out and it doesn't feel insufficient yet, don't pay for anything yet. Its real limits are abandoned carts, which it only keeps for 30 days, and the lack of any notion of cost or margin.
3. Google Analytics 4 — if your question is behavior, not money
Free and more powerful than any app on this list for understanding what people do on your site: funnels, cohorts, channel attribution. Two caveats. The first is the learning curve: lots of people install it and never draw a single conclusion, which is exactly why Estadísticas Nube's Analytics plan exists — it presents it simply. The second is fundamental: GA4 doesn't know what a product costs you, so it will never tell you whether you're making money.
4. Triple Whale — if you sell on Shopify and in dollars
The biggest player in the category globally, very strong on the blended view and attribution. It does connect ad platforms, which is exactly Estadísticas Nube's gap. But it starts at USD 129 a month, scales with your GMV, doesn't connect Tiendanube or Mercado Libre and its dashboard is in English. For an Argentine store it's an expensive answer to a problem with a solution closer to home.
5. Profitfy — if your operation is Brazilian
A profitability dashboard built around the Brazilian stack: Nuvemshop, Yampi, CartPanda, Appmax, plus info-product checkouts. It cross-references sales, costs and ad spend, so it does get to the full result. It bills in reais, its dashboard and support are Portuguese-only and it doesn't integrate Mercado Libre. If your operation is Argentine, it's not your tool; if it's Brazilian, it's very good.
6. A well-built spreadsheet — if you're just starting out
It has to be said: if you make 30 sales a month through a single channel, a tidy spreadsheet is enough and you shouldn't pay for anything. The problem with the spreadsheet isn't that it doesn't work: it's that it stops working without warning you. It breaks when you add a second channel, when shipping costs change by zone, or when three people edit it at once. If you've already lost an afternoon reconciling numbers that didn't add up, the spreadsheet has already cost you more than it saved.
7. Stay on Estadísticas Nube and add what it's missing
The option nobody lists, and for a lot of people the right one. These aren't tools that compete head-on: one explains how your customers buy, the other tells you whether the business makes money. If it already works for the first and your only gap is profitability with ad spend included, there's no reason to break what works. The math changes when you notice you're paying two subscriptions for what a single one can do, or when the plan you need is the $18,900 Focus plan, where the price gap shrinks a lot.
How to choose, in one line: if you sell only through Tiendanube with no paid ads, stay on Estadísticas Nube. If you're not paying for anything yet, use Tiendanube's included panel. If your question is user behavior, Google Analytics 4. If you sell on Shopify and in dollars, Triple Whale. If your operation is Brazilian, Profitfy. If you spend on Meta Ads or also sell on Mercado Libre and need the full picture, compare us with Estadísticas Nube feature by feature.
