First, let's be clear about which Profitfy we mean, because the name gets reused: this is Profitfy.me, the e-commerce profit dashboard from Brazil's Profitfy Tecnologia, which matches your sales, your costs and your ad spend and shows you net profit. It is not a trading or investment product. With that out of the way: their pricing table isn't on the homepage, it's buried in the help center. We went and found it, and you have the whole thing below.
Profitfy's plans, one by one
Profitfy bills in Brazilian reais and splits its plans by number of paid orders per month. There are five tiers, and unlike almost everyone else in the category, what changes between them isn't just volume: features, number of users and number of traffic sources you can connect also go up.
- Lite — R$ 0/month. 50 paid orders per month, 1 traffic source, 1 user, 1 Facebook profile. Includes message automation and the financial forecasting dashboard. No extra orders.
- Starter — R$ 99/month. 250 paid orders, 2 traffic sources, 2 users, 2 Facebook profiles. Adds Excel export and per-product performance analysis.
- Essentials — R$ 159/month. 500 paid orders, 3 traffic sources, 3 users, unlimited Facebook profiles. Adds Profitfy's ad manager. This is the one they flag as recommended.
- Premium — R$ 289/month. 1,250 paid orders, unlimited traffic sources, users and profiles. Adds a dedicated advisor.
- Unlimited — R$ 547/month. Unlimited paid orders, plus priority support and personalized onboarding.
Paying up front gets you a discount: 15% on the quarterly plan and 25% on the semiannual one, with the option to split it into 3 or 6 payments respectively. All five plans have a free trial button.
The overage fee, and why here it isn't a trap: going over your plan's order cap doesn't lock your account — they charge you per extra order. The rates are R$ 0.30 on Starter, R$ 0.27 on Essentials and R$ 0.22 on Premium, and Lite doesn't allow overages at all. What matters is where that information lives: in the same pricing table, in plain sight. In this category that's the exception — most tools bury it in the terms of service and you find out on the invoice. Credit to Profitfy for that. Still, do the math before picking a tier: 300 overage orders on Starter come to R$ 90, almost another plan.
Compared with Escalafy, tier by tier
There's an honest problem here that no comparison should hide: Profitfy charges in reais and Escalafy in dollars. Any table that puts both in the same currency is selling you a conversion that goes stale in a week. So we give you both prices in their list currency, and you do the final math yourself, with the dollar and real rates on whatever day you decide.
| Paid orders per month | Profitfy | Escalafy (analytics) |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50 | R$ 0 (Lite) | USD 0 (free plan) |
| Up to 250 | R$ 99 (Starter) | USD 19 (300 tier) |
| Up to 500 | R$ 159 (Essentials) | USD 49 (900 tier) |
| Up to 1,250 | R$ 289 (Premium) | USD 99 (2,500 tier) |
| Up to 5,000 | R$ 547 (Unlimited) | USD 149 |
| Up to 25,000 | R$ 547 (Unlimited) | USD 299 |
| Over 100,000 | R$ 547 (Unlimited) | Custom |
Read plainly, two things jump out. First: both have a permanent free plan with the same cap, 50 orders a month. That's a tie and there's nothing to argue about. The second is more interesting: above a certain volume, Profitfy's single cap works in its favor. Its Unlimited plan costs R$ 547 no matter how much you sell, while Escalafy keeps scaling by tiers. If you process 30,000 orders a month, that's a real advantage for Profitfy, and it would be dishonest not to say so.
On the other side, in the tiers where most stores live — between 250 and 2,500 orders — Escalafy doesn't charge overages and Profitfy does, and that difference shows up precisely in the good months: the month you sell more than expected is the month your bill goes up.
What the price doesn't include if you sell in Argentina or Mexico
This is the cost that doesn't show up in any table. Today we checked both of their public integration lists — the one in their help center and the one on their website — and they match. The sales platforms they integrate are Shopify, Nuvemshop, Yampi, CartPanda, WooCommerce and LPQV, plus the info-product checkouts. That leaves three things out:
- Mercado Libre. There's no marketplace on the list. If part of your revenue runs through Mercado Libre, that channel never reaches the dashboard, and with it go the per-category fees and Full fulfillment costs.
- Language. Their website and help center are in Portuguese only, with no language selector. You'll operate and ask for support in Portuguese.
- The cost of installments. Profitfy does load product cost, taxes, freight and fees, and gets to your net profit. What its public documentation doesn't describe is the financing cost of offering 3 or 6 interest-free installments, or the payout timelines by payment method — which in Argentina is exactly what separates profit on paper from cash in the bank.
One more detail, worth confirming before you sign up: Profitfy integrates Nuvemshop, which is the brand Tiendanube operates under in Brazil. Its documentation is written for Brazilian stores and doesn't mention Tiendanube in Argentina or Mexico. If your store is on Tiendanube AR or MX, ask their support before you put your card down.
Is it worth it?
If your operation is Brazilian or runs on the Brazilian stack — Yampi, CartPanda, Appmax, plus some info-product through Kiwify or Hotmart — yes, very much so. For R$ 99 a month you get a real-time income statement on top of integrations almost nobody else covers, and the free 50-order plan is enough to try it with zero risk.
If you sell from Argentina or Mexico, you're paying in reais for a tool that can't see your main marketplace, doesn't speak your language and doesn't model the cost that eats the most margin. Not because it's badly built — it's very well built — but because it's built for a different market.
