Disambiguation first, because if you googled "Profitfy" you've already seen the name is shared: here we mean Profitfy.me, the e-commerce profit dashboard, founded in October 2019 in Brazil by Profitfy Tecnologia. It's not the trading product or the copy-farming product that also show up under that name. With that cleared up, this is a serious tool with a very clear scope — and with three limits that almost no review explains before you put your card down.
The numbers, minus the marketing
We need to be careful here, because Profitfy isn't on the Shopify App Store or Trustpilot, which is where the category's independent ratings usually come from. This is what can be verified as of September 2026, labeled for what it is:
- "20,000+ businesses trust us," says its own website. It's a self-reported marketing figure, not audited by a third party. We cite it as such.
- It has no Shopify App Store listing. We looked and it doesn't exist: the Shopify connection happens outside the app directory. That means there's no public rating with verified merchant reviews, which is what you'd use to compare against Triple Whale (4.1) or WeTracked (4.7).
- Its mobile apps have very small samples. 4.9 out of 5 with 9 ratings on Apple's App Store, and 4.5 out of 5 with 27 ratings on Google Play. You can't conclude anything from volumes like that, and the iOS app hasn't been updated since December 2022 — they're an accessory to the product, not the product.
- 19 sections of public documentation. It's an indirect but real signal of maturity: dashboard, product performance, ad manager, product cost, kit cost, pricing calculator, taxes, checkout, freight, reports, integrations. It's all written down and maintained.
The honest conclusion on reputation: there is no independent rating to cite. What you can evaluate is the product, which is what we do below.
What Profitfy is, concretely
It's a real-time income statement for your store. It connects your sales platform, your payment gateways and your ad accounts, and cross-references all three: revenue, product cost, marketing cost, taxes and fees, to give you the day's net profit without touching a spreadsheet.
It's important to understand that this is a different category from tracking tools. Profitfy doesn't exist to recover the signal that gets lost on the way to Meta — it exists to close your numbers. If you've been comparing it with Utmify or WeTracked, you're comparing two different jobs.
What it genuinely does well
- Coverage of the Brazilian stack like few others. Shopify, Nuvemshop, Yampi, CartPanda, WooCommerce and LPQV on the store side. Appmax, Pagar.me, PagSeguro, Cielo, Mercado Pago, Zouti, Doppus, Istpay and more on the payments side. If your operation runs on those pieces, there aren't many alternatives that bring them all together.
- Info-product and store in the same dashboard. It integrates Kiwify, Hotmart, Eduzz, Monetizze, Evermart, Payt and Perfect Pay. If you sell physical products and info-products at the same time — the norm in Brazil and increasingly common across the rest of the region — seeing both in a single P&L is worth a lot.
- It calculates real profit. Product cost, kit cost, taxes, freight, additional values, marketing cost. It gets to the number instead of stopping at attributed revenue. That's more than half the tools sold as "analytics" do.
- An ad manager inside the panel. You can edit and duplicate campaigns without leaving Profitfy, with profitability data right beside them. Escalafy doesn't have that.
- A genuinely permanent free plan. 50 paid orders a month, no expiration. You can validate the tool with your real operation before paying anything.
- Pricing in reais. If you bill in reais, you're not exposed to the exchange rate. For a Brazilian store that's a concrete advantage over almost the whole category, which charges in dollars.
- Transparency on overages. They publish the per-extra-order fee in the same pricing table. Sounds minor until you see how many competitors hide it.
The fact that defines its scope: look at its integration list and you'll understand who it's built for. Six store platforms, seven info-product platforms, more than ten Brazilian payment gateways, four ad channels and two ERPs — and not a single marketplace. No Mercado Libre, no Amazon, no Shopee. Profitfy is built for the Brazilian operator running their own store and an info-product funnel, and for that case it's a great tool. If part of your revenue lives on a marketplace, you're not the user it was designed for.
What you need to know before you sign up
- It doesn't connect Mercado Libre. Verified on September 18, 2026 in both of their public integration lists, which match. It does integrate Mercado Pago, but as a payment gateway, not as a sales channel — those are different things and worth not confusing.
- It isn't in Spanish. Website and help center in Portuguese only, with no language selector. All of your operations and all of your support will go through that.
- Its attribution runs on UTMs. The ad manager works with UTM parameters, and its own documentation includes articles on checking whether they're set up correctly and on linking them manually when they don't match. It works, but it's the layer that loses the most signal to blockers and device switching. Across its 19 documentation sections there's no mention of server-side tracking or the Conversions API.
- The cost of installments and payout timelines aren't documented. It gets to your net profit, but the financing cost of offering interest-free installments and when each sale gets paid out to you don't appear in its public documentation.
- Tiers go up by features, not just volume. If you need more than two traffic sources or more than two users, you move up a plan even if your volume doesn't call for it. Check that before picking a tier.
So, is it for you?
Yes, if you sell from Brazil, your store is on Nuvemshop, Yampi, CartPanda or Shopify, you collect through local gateways and part of your business is info-product. In that scenario Profitfy covers a stack almost nobody else covers, charges in your currency and starts at R$ 99. It's a good call.
Probably not, if you sell from Argentina or Mexico, if part of your revenue goes through Mercado Libre, or if you need to know how much installments really cost you and when each payment lands. Not because Profitfy is bad — it's good at what it does — but because what it does is a market with different pieces.
If you're deciding, first check what Profitfy really costs and then the feature-by-feature comparison in Escalafy vs Profitfy. We also have the Profitfy alternatives.
Integrations, plans, limits and documentation structure verified on September 18, 2026 on Profitfy's public pages. Mobile app ratings taken the same day from Apple's App Store and Google Play. The 20,000 businesses figure is Profitfy's own unaudited claim. Numbers change — verify before you decide.
