WeTracked pricing 2026: what it costs and the charge that isn't in the table

Plans run from USD 49 to USD 249 a month and are set by how many orders you process. The full breakdown, verified today on their pricing page, plus the overage fee that only shows up in the terms of service.

WeTracked is one of the few tools in the category that publishes its prices up front, without making you request a demo. That's a point in its favor and it's worth saying. What it doesn't publish on that same page is what happens when you go over your plan's cap — and that's where the number that can surprise you at the end of the month lives.

WeTracked's plans, one by one

WeTracked bills in dollars and splits its plans by number of orders you process per month. Every feature is included in every paid tier: the only things that change are your volume and how many stores you can connect.

  • Starter — USD 49/month. Up to 500 orders per month and up to 3 stores.
  • Business — USD 149/month. Up to 3,000 orders per month and up to 5 stores. This is the plan they flag as most popular.
  • Scale-up — USD 249/month. Up to 7,500 orders per month and up to 10 stores.
  • Enterprise — custom. More than 7,500 orders per month and unlimited stores.

Paying annually gets you a 20% discount: Starter comes to USD 39.20 a month, Business to USD 119.20 and Scale-up to USD 199.20. There's a 14-day trial and a 60-day money-back guarantee that they tie to a result themselves — if your ROAS doesn't go up 20%, they refund you.

The charge that isn't in the table: going over your order cap doesn't lock your account or bump you up a tier automatically — they bill it as overage. Their terms of service spell it out: that charge is calculated at the close of the period and added to the following month's invoice. In other words, you find out after it happened. That's exactly the complaint that shows up in public negative reviews: a merchant emailed to warn they were going to exceed their 500-order limit, nobody changed anything, and they ended up with an overage charge.

Compared with the Escalafy Pixel, in the same currency

The fair comparison is against the Escalafy Pixel, not the analytics: both do the same thing — send Meta the complete data for every sale — and both charge in dollars, scale by orders per month and include every feature in every tier. Nothing to translate. This is what you pay per month by volume:

Orders per monthWeTrackedEscalafy Pixel
Up to 500USD 49 (Starter)USD 99
501 to 900USD 149 (Business)USD 99
901 to 2,500USD 149 (Business)USD 149
2,501 to 3,000USD 149 (Business)USD 199
3,001 to 5,000USD 249 (Scale-up)USD 199
5,001 to 7,500USD 249 (Scale-up)USD 279
7,501 to 10,000Custom (Enterprise)USD 279
10,001 to 25,000Custom (Enterprise)USD 399
Over 25,000Custom (Enterprise)Custom, from USD 499

Read plainly: up to 500 orders, WeTracked costs half, and there's no arguing with that. Between 501 and 900 things change: Starter no longer covers you and the next plan costs USD 149 — or you stay on Starter and pay overage. From 3,001 to 5,000 orders the Pixel also comes out USD 50 cheaper. In the 2,501 to 3,000 and 5,001 to 7,500 tiers, WeTracked is cheaper. And above 7,500 orders WeTracked moves to custom pricing, while the Escalafy Pixel has published pricing up to 25,000.

Two more details for a fair comparison. WeTracked gives a 20% discount for annual billing, so on annual its advantage in the small tiers grows. And both have a 14-day trial: WeTracked adds a 60-day guarantee tied to your ROAS rising 20%; the Escalafy Pixel trial requires no card.

What the price doesn't include if you sell in LATAM

This is the cost that doesn't show up in any table. Checking their public integrations page today, WeTracked connects two e-commerce platforms: Shopify and WooCommerce. That leaves out three things that, for an Argentine, Mexican or Brazilian store, aren't minor details:

  • Tiendanube. It's not on the list. If your store lives there, the tool doesn't connect.
  • Mercado Libre. No marketplace is integrated. That channel never reaches the dashboard, and with it go the per-category fees and Full fulfillment costs.
  • Your costs. Neither their feature pages nor their pricing pages mention loading product cost, shipping, payment fees or fixed costs. WeTracked measures attributed revenue, not profit.

The first one is a pixel issue: Escalafy's connects to Tiendanube and Shopify. The other two aren't solved by any pixel, ours included — that's what Escalafy's analytics does, which is sold separately and has a free plan of up to 50 orders a month.

Is it worth it?

If you're on Shopify or WooCommerce, already have your margins figured out, and your real problem is that Meta receives half the data for each sale, yes. It's a focused, well-rated tool with a reasonable entry price for what it solves.

If you sell on Tiendanube, if part of your revenue goes through Mercado Libre, or if what you need is to know how much you kept after fees, shipping and installments, you're paying in dollars to solve half the problem — and the other half will still be waiting for you in a spreadsheet.
