Profitfy builds the dashboard for the Brazilian stack. Escalafy builds it for yours.
Profitfy does what it promises: it matches your sales, your costs and your ad spend, and shows you net profit in real time. But it's built around Nuvemshop, Yampi, CartPanda and Appmax, charges in reais and its dashboard is only in Portuguese. If you sell in Argentina or Mexico, the first thing it doesn't see is Mercado Libre.

The short answer
If your operation is Brazilian — a store on Nuvemshop, Yampi or CartPanda, payments through Appmax or Pagar.me, and some digital products through Kiwify or Hotmart — Profitfy is made exactly for you and you probably shouldn't switch: no other tool covers that stack so completely. If you sell from Argentina or Mexico, the math changes for three concrete, verifiable reasons: Mercado Libre isn't among its integrations, the dashboard and support are only in Portuguese, and the plan is charged in reais. It's not that Profitfy measures badly — it measures well, but it measures a different business.
How much Profitfy costs in 2026
Prices taken from the public monthly plans table in Profitfy's help center, verified on September 18, 2026. They're in Brazilian reais and the tiers are defined by paid orders per month. Paying quarterly gets you 15% off and semiannually 25%. Every plan offers a free trial.
50 paid orders/month, 1 traffic source, 1 user, 1 Facebook profile. No extra orders.
250 paid orders/month, 2 traffic sources, 2 users. Adds Excel export and product analysis.
500 paid orders/month, 3 traffic sources, 3 users, unlimited profiles. Adds the ads manager.
1,250 paid orders/month, unlimited sources and users. Adds a dedicated advisor.
Unlimited orders, priority support and personalized onboarding.
The fine print
The price is tied to your paid orders per month, and going over the cap doesn't lock you out: you're charged per extra order. The table itself publishes it — R$ 0,30 on Starter, R$ 0,27 on Essentials and R$ 0,22 on Premium. To be fair, that's more transparent than the category average: it's right there on the same page as the price. The point that does affect you if you bill in pesos is a different one: the plan is charged in reais, so your real cost moves with the exchange rate of two currencies you don't control.
Why stores switch from Profitfy
Mercado Libre isn't among its integrations
We checked both of their public lists — the one in their help center and the one on their site — and they match: the sales platforms it integrates are Shopify, Nuvemshop, Yampi, CartPanda, WooCommerce and LPQV, plus digital-product checkouts. There isn't a single marketplace. If part of your revenue goes through Mercado Libre, that channel never makes it into the dashboard, and with it go the category fees and Full costs.
Its attribution runs on UTMs, not on the server
Profitfy's ads manager works with UTMs: its own documentation has articles on checking that they're set up correctly and on linking them by hand when they don't match. It works, but it's the layer that loses the most signal when the buyer has an ad blocker or switches devices. Server-side tracking and the Conversions API don't appear anywhere in its public documentation.
It's in Portuguese and charged in reais
Profitfy is a Brazilian product for the Brazilian market: its site and help center are only in Portuguese, with no language selector. If your team doesn't read it, every operational question gets slow. And with the plan in reais, your cost depends on that month's peso-to-real exchange rate.
