Most alternatives lists are written by one of the alternatives. This one too, so let's start there: we make Escalafy and we're on the list. It's still useful, because the criteria matter more than the ranking — and in several of these cases the right answer is to stay on Profitfy.
First: why people look for alternatives
Almost always for one of three reasons. It's worth identifying yours before looking at options, because each reason leads to a different tool.
- You sell on Mercado Libre. Profitfy doesn't integrate any marketplace. If that channel is part of your revenue, there's a hole in your dashboard that no setting can fill.
- You don't work in Portuguese. Their website and help center are in that language only. If your team can't read it, every operational question gets slow.
- Your problem isn't the P&L, it's the signal. Profitfy tells you how much you made. If what you're missing is Meta receiving complete data for every sale, that's a different category of tool.
Before we go on, the honest part: if your operation runs on Yampi, CartPanda, Appmax or LPQV, or if you sell info-products through Kiwify, Hotmart, Eduzz, Monetizze or Perfect Pay, stay on Profitfy. No tool on this list integrates that stack — ours included — and switching would be a clear downgrade. Same if you do more than 5,000 orders a month and value the single cap: their R$ 547 Unlimited plan never goes higher, and almost all the competition does. And if editing campaigns from the same panel where you see profitability is useful to you, Profitfy has that and we don't.
1. Escalafy — if you sell in LATAM and part of it goes through Mercado Libre
Built around Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre and Mercado Pago. It does the same job as Profitfy — add up all your sales, subtract all your costs and show you real profit — but adds three things Profitfy is missing for this region: the Mercado Libre channel with its per-category fees and Full fulfillment costs, the financing cost of interest-free installments deducted order by order, and a forecast of when the cash from each sale lands based on the payment method. It also does server-side tracking with its own pixel. Interface and support in Spanish and Portuguese, and a permanent free plan of up to 50 orders a month.
It's not for you if: your operation is info-product, your store is on Yampi, CartPanda or WooCommerce, or you collect through Appmax. We don't integrate any of that.
2. Utmify — if your business is pure info-product
Around 130 integrated sales platforms, almost all Brazilian info-product checkouts. Where Profitfy integrates seven, Utmify integrates the entire ecosystem. If you sell courses, mentorships or digital products and what you need is to know which ad each sale came from, nothing else comes close. It charges in reais and the price goes up with your sales volume. Its public documentation is in Portuguese only.
3. Triple Whale — if you sell on Shopify and in dollars
The biggest player in the category globally. Very strong on the blended view and attribution, with a huge ecosystem of integrations and content, and it does model costs. Its plans start at USD 129 a month and scale with GMV — quite a bit more expensive than Profitfy at the entry tier, and with none of the Brazilian integrations. Like Profitfy, it can't see Mercado Libre.
4. WeTracked — if your problem is the signal, not the P&L
A different category, and it's worth being clear about it. WeTracked doesn't calculate your profit: it recovers the events that don't reach Meta and gives context back to the algorithm. If you already have your margin figured out and what hurts is that the browser pixel sends half the data, this solves that and Profitfy doesn't. It starts at USD 49 a month and only connects Shopify and WooCommerce.
5. Northbeam — if your problem is advanced measurement
Multi-touch attribution, incrementality and media mix modeling. It's the enterprise tier of the category. Expensive and powerful. If your team has a dedicated analyst and a seven-figure ad budget, it's the serious answer — and it sits several levels above what Profitfy does in measurement, even though it doesn't give you the operating income statement that Profitfy does.
6. A well-built spreadsheet — if you're just starting out
It has to be said: if you make 30 sales a month through a single channel, a tidy spreadsheet is enough and you shouldn't pay for anything. The problem with the spreadsheet isn't that it doesn't work — it's that it stops working without warning you: it breaks when you add a second channel, when shipping costs change by zone, or when three people edit it at once. If you've already lost an afternoon reconciling numbers that didn't add up, the spreadsheet has already cost you more than it saved. Still, to get started, Profitfy's or Escalafy's free plan costs you the same as the spreadsheet: zero.
7. Stay on Profitfy and add what's missing
The option nobody lists, and for a lot of people the right one. If Profitfy already closes your store's numbers and your only gap is the signal to Meta, there's no reason to break what works: you add a tracking tool and you're done. The math changes when the gap is Mercado Libre, because there's no tool to add there — you're missing the entire channel — or when you notice you're paying for two subscriptions to do what one could.
How to choose in one line: if your stack is Brazilian or you sell info-products, stay on Profitfy. If you sell pure info-product, Utmify. If you need advanced measurement, Northbeam. If the problem is the signal to Meta, WeTracked. If you sell on Tiendanube or Mercado Libre from Argentina or Mexico and need the full picture, compare us with Profitfy feature by feature.
