Polar Analytics pricing in 2026: all 18 revenue bands and the USD 750 floor

Their pricing page shows no number until you pick your band. We pulled the full ladder from the page's own data, verified today: 18 steps, from USD 720 to USD 21,210 a month.

Polar Analytics does not publish its price. That is not a turn of phrase: their pricing page renders the price fields empty, and they only fill in once you pick your annual revenue band from a selector. Every button says "Book a demo." But the full ladder travels embedded in the page itself, so we pulled it from there and we are publishing all of it: 18 bands, from USD 720 to USD 21,210 a month, plus five products billed separately. Verified October 30, 2026.

First, the number that matters

Before the long table, it is worth fixing the floor, because it is the data point that settles most decisions without any math at all.

  • Their Shopify App Store listing says "Core Plan, from USD 750/month." With the note "Pricing based on online GMV. Discounts available for annual terms," and that it is billed separately from your Shopify invoice.
  • Their own pricing page's data says USD 720/month for the first band, under USD 5 million in annual revenue. That is USD 8,640 a year.

Both numbers coexisted today and we publish both without picking one — the Shopify listing figure is what bills you if you install there. What either one does is close the question: Polar's cheapest plan costs more than the most expensive plan we sell, which is USD 549 a month for 100,000 monthly orders. No average order value and no conversion rate to assume. Polar's entry price sits above our ceiling.

One detail that should give you confidence in the numbers below: the Core Plan's first band, USD 720, is exactly 80% of the sum of the two standalone products — Business Intelligence at USD 510 plus Klaviyo Audiences at USD 390 is USD 900, and 80% of USD 900 is USD 720. That is the "saves 20% on individual product costs" their own page promises, and it reconciles to the dollar. We are not misreading the ladder.

The Core Plan's 18 bands

The band is set by your annual gross revenue, not by your orders and not by your users. Everything is billed in USD. These are the 18 steps exactly as they appear in their pricing page's data today, with each boundary's jump calculated:

The most expensive published band is USD 254,520 a year. That places the product: this is not an e-commerce app, it is an enterprise data platform sold as one, with a data scientist and a Success Manager included.

The first band's boundary is the most expensive one to cross

Look at the right-hand column. Billing by band means the price does not rise smoothly: it rises all at once when you cross a boundary. And the most expensive boundary is the first one. Going from USD 5,000,000 to USD 5,000,001 in annual revenue takes your bill from USD 720 to USD 1,020: USD 300 more per month, USD 3,600 more per year, for one more dollar of sales.

And there is something worse than the jump, which is how long it lasts. The band is set by annual revenue, not the month's. A good Black Friday and a good December do not cost you one expensive month: they leave you on the step above for the next twelve, including in March, when you sell nothing and your measurement needs are the same as last year's. It is exactly the pattern that punishes the one thing you want to happen, which is growth.

The honest thing to say is that this is not a hidden maneuver and that most of the category bills the same way: Triple Whale also scales with GMV. The difference is altitude. On Triple Whale the entry step is USD 129 a month; here it is USD 720 or USD 750.

What is not in the Core Plan

The Core Plan is a bundle — Business Intelligence, the AI agents and the data activations — but it is not everything they sell. There are five products with their own prices, and two of them cost more than the whole bundle:

  • Business Intelligence standalone — USD 510/month at the entry band. Dashboard library, custom reporting, multi-touch attribution, Ask Polar AI, goal tracking and alerts. Its five add-ons — intraday refresh, demographic enrichment, SQL access, Google Sheets mirroring and custom connectors — publish no price.
  • Klaviyo Audiences standalone — USD 390/month at the entry band.
  • Incrementality Testing — USD 3,200 for the first test and USD 4,000 for each test after at the entry band. Or the quarterly plan: USD 300 a month plus USD 2,560 per test. Above USD 50M in revenue, "Contact us." This is a service, not software: it includes a dedicated data scientist.
  • Polar MCP — USD 1,500/month, at USD 1,000 for the first three months. The band is set by your annual Klaviyo revenue. It brings a dedicated Snowflake warehouse with you holding the keys, 400+ pre-built metrics, an MCP-native interface for Claude and ChatGPT, and a 15-minute refresh.
  • Advertising Signals — "Contact us." This is the Conversions API piece into Meta and Google Ads, and it is the only one with no price at all, neither on the page nor in the embedded data.

And there is a sixth meter, at the bottom of their connectors page: "certain connectors may carry a low, additional cost depending on the complexity of the connector and the size of the business." It does not say which ones or how much. If your stack has anything unusual in it, that number shows up in the quote and not before.

What that price buys, and it is worth saying plainly

Polar Analytics is the most powerful tool of all the ones we compare in this series, and a table that does not say so is a dishonest table. It is not a pixel passing itself off as a dashboard: it does profit, contribution margin, LTV and cohorts by channel and by product, and it has its own first-party pixel with persistent identification.

On top of that there are four things we do not have at any price. Amazon, with real Seller Central and Vendor Central connectors — we do not have Amazon. Your own Snowflake database, with SQL access and 400+ pre-built metrics in a semantic layer your data team can build on. Incrementality tests with a dedicated data scientist, across Meta, Google, TikTok or TV, measured in Shopify, Amazon or retail channels. And the AI agent that acts: it lives in Slack, monitors your store and your ads, and with your approval it shifts budgets, pauses sold-out ads and plans markdowns.

Add to that 326 connectors across nine categories, unlimited users, unlimited historical data, a dedicated Success Manager and a Slack channel on every plan. On reputation the public data is very good too: 4.9 stars across 116 reviews on the Shopify App Store, with 97% five stars and three one-star reviews, verified today. The app has been published since October 28, 2020. Their site claims "4,000+ ecommerce brands and agencies" — that is what they say, not a third party, and we label it as such.

The cost that is in no plan

We searched today, one by one, on their own 326-connector page. Here is what is missing, and if you sell in Argentina it is what weighs most:

  • Tiendanube and Nuvemshop. Zero results. The only e-commerce platform they name is Shopify, and that same page's header says it plainly: "your Shopify store runs on a unique set of tools." If your store is on Tiendanube, there is no app to install.
  • Mercado Libre. Zero results. The marketplaces they do have are Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, Sephora and Target. If part of your revenue lives on Mercado Libre, its category commissions and Full fulfillment costs go with it.
  • Mercado Pago. Zero results. No fee by payment method, no settlement timing, and above all no financing cost for offering 3, 6 or 12 interest-free installments. That is the cost that eats the most margin here and it is precisely what no tool built for Stripe models.
  • IIBB and VAT. Nothing in their public material describes Argentine tax regimes. They do have a QuickBooks connector via MCP to "blend costs and margins with your store revenue," which is more than almost anyone has, but that is general accounting, not withholdings by jurisdiction.
  • Language. Their Shopify App Store listing declares English, French and German. No Spanish and no Portuguese.

Compared with Escalafy, step by step

This comparison needs a caveat the earlier ones in this series did not: both of us bill in USD, but on different axes. Polar runs on annual gross revenue; we run on orders per month. To put them in the same table you have to translate, and to translate you have to assume an average order value. Below we assumed a USD 50 average order value and we say so plainly: if your AOV is double that, move the Escalafy column down one step.

Annual revenueOrders/month at USD 50 AOVPolar AnalyticsEscalafy
USD 1M~1,700USD 720USD 99
USD 3M~5,000USD 720USD 149
USD 5M~8,300USD 720USD 199
USD 7.5M~12,500USD 1,020USD 299
USD 10M~16,700USD 1,380USD 299
USD 15M~25,000USD 1,660USD 299
USD 20M~33,000USD 2,280USD 399
USD 50M~83,000USD 4,590USD 549
Installation—No published feeNo fee
Free plan—NoYes, up to 50 orders/month

The gap does not close at any step and it widens with size: 3.6x at USD 5M in annual revenue and 8.4x at USD 50M. And the bottom step is the one that stands out most: a store doing USD 1 million a year — a very good store in Argentina — pays USD 720 a month against USD 99.

One necessary caveat: this table does not say Escalafy is better than Polar Analytics. It says it costs four to eight times less and that it includes the local costs. If you sell on Amazon, if your data team needs its own Snowflake, or if you spend enough on media for an incrementality test to pay for itself, Polar's column does things ours does not do at any price.

Is it worth it?

If you are an eight-figure omnichannel brand, you sell on Shopify and Amazon, you have a data team that wants SQL, and you run a media budget where a 10% finding is worth more than USD 4,000, yes. It is a mature product, very well rated, five years in market, with a reach none of the tools in this series comes close to. Book the demo, pick your band and negotiate the annual term.

If you run a store on Tiendanube, sell on Mercado Libre, collect through Mercado Pago or offer interest-free installments, you are looking at a subscription that starts at USD 750 a month for a platform where none of those four things exists. Not because the tool is badly built — it is very well built. It is that it was built for a Shopify store in dollars with Amazon alongside it, and the part of the P&L that hurts here falls outside the model. They will calculate an immaculate contribution margin on half of your business, using another country's costs.

We compare the two tools feature by feature, with the full table and the verified prices, in Escalafy vs Polar Analytics. If you are weighing options, see also the alternatives to Polar Analytics and the reviews and who it is for. And if you got here comparing against Triple Whale — it is the search that comes up most alongside this one — we have run the numbers in Escalafy vs Triple Whale.

The Core Plan's 18 bands, the standalone prices for Business Intelligence (USD 510), Klaviyo Audiences (USD 390), Incrementality Testing (USD 3,200 and USD 4,000 per test, or USD 300/month plus USD 2,560 per test) and Polar MCP (USD 1,500, USD 1,000 for the first three months), the "Contact us" on Advertising Signals, the absence of a free plan and of a self-serve price, the 326 connectors and the footnote about additional per-connector cost, all verified October 30, 2026 at polaranalytics.com/pricing and polaranalytics.com/connectors. The prices come from the data the pricing page itself carries embedded, because the page renders the fields empty until you pick your band. The "from USD 750/month," the Core Plan features, the languages (English, French and German), the 4.9 rating across 116 reviews and the launch date (October 28, 2020), from the Polar:AI Platform for commerce listing on the Shopify App Store the same day. The "4,000+ ecommerce brands and agencies" is a claim from their own site, not a third party. The band-to-band jumps, the annual totals and the orders column at a USD 50 average order value are our math applied to their published figures. Escalafy's prices are the ones on our pricing page.
