Yes. Both profit and margin use all of your revenue, not just what comes from your connected channels.
The formulas
- Profit = (online revenue + external revenue) − product costs − shipping costs − fees − taxes
- Profit margin % = profit ÷ (online revenue + external revenue)
Remember that in External revenue you enter the profit, not the gross amount: you've already subtracted the costs of those sales outside Escalafy, and the value you upload is added straight to profit. If you enter the gross amount, both profit and margin end up inflated.
