If you care about your history, don't delete products or variants in Shopify or Tiendanube.
When a product or variant is deleted, earlier orders reach us without that product's identifier. The cost of those past sales can't be recovered, and there's no way to rebuild it on our end.
The same applies going back
Products that were already deleted before you connected Escalafy aren't sent to us by the store either. Data from then on will be correct, but the history for those products stays incomplete.
What to do instead
If you need to stop selling a product, pause or archive it instead of deleting it. The commercial effect is the same and you keep the traceability.
