All of Escalafy's data and calculations can be exported.
The general report
In the top-right corner of the dashboard, switch from the custom view to the table view. There you can edit which columns to include, see the dashboard day by day and download the Excel file for the selected period.
Other exports
There are also dedicated downloads in Product Analytics, Latest orders and Inventory.
Connect Escalafy to Claude
Escalafy has a full API and an MCP connector you can plug straight into Claude. Instead of exporting an Excel file and pasting it into a chat, you ask Claude about your numbers and it answers with your live data.
How to connect it
- In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose to add a custom connector.
- Paste this address: https://app.escalafy.com/api/mcp
- Sign in with your Escalafy account and authorize access.
There's no key to copy or paste: you connect with the same account you use to log in to Escalafy. It also works with other MCP-compatible clients, like Claude Code or Cursor.
What it can do
- Read the full dashboard: revenue, profit, orders, ad spend, ROAS and margins, by period and by channel.
- Query product analytics to see which products make money and which don't.
- Explain what each metric means and how it's calculated.
- Review your product and shipping costs and your inventory.
- Update product and shipping costs, if you ask it to.
It respects exactly the permissions you have in each brand: if you only see limited reports in an organization, the connector won't show more than that either. And if you manage several brands, you tell it which one you want to work on.
If you ask it to change a cost, the change applies to orders processed from that moment on. To update the numbers for earlier days, you need to reprocess that period from the app.

Analyzing outside Escalafy
If you'd rather work with the Excel file, the export already includes our calculations, so the file has the processed information, not just raw orders.
