Data security and privacy are a priority for the platform. Escalafy is published and approved on the official marketplaces of Shopify, Tiendanube and Mercado Libre.
To be approved, those platforms require compliance with technical and privacy requirements covering how customer data is stored, processed and deleted.
Privacy mechanisms we have in place
- store/redact: deletes a store's information when the merchant uninstalls the app.
- customers/redact: deletes a customer's information when a deletion request is made.
- customers/data_request: handles data access requests from the merchant.
Escalafy only reads information from your store. We don't write, we don't modify products, we don't touch your stock and we don't send data to your store.
