With a single Escalafy account you can manage several brands and share access with your team or your agency.
Several brands in one account
You can have several organizations; each one is an independent workspace, and you switch between them. If you have 2 brands, there's also the Combined View (bottom left, under organizations), which shows the metrics of all your brands in aggregate.
Invite your team or an agency
You can invite members and give them access to a workspace to work together. If you're an agency, you can access your clients' accounts from a single account. To invite someone: bottom left (company logo) > Manage > Members > Invite.
Integrations and subscription per workspace
Both are handled at the workspace level: each one has its own connections (a store, a Facebook account, Mercado Libre) and its own subscription with its own tier. You pay for each workspace separately.
Change your account email
Click your profile (bottom left) > Manage account > add the new email and set it as primary.
If I disconnect my store, do I lose my order history?
No. Your previous order history is kept even if you disconnect the store.
