Your plan depends on the number of orders you had in the last 30 days, regardless of when your subscription started.
We don't look at the calendar month: we count the 30 days before the day you're on. You can see it in Subscription, in the left sidebar, which shows your orders for the period and the matching plan.
No plan change is automatic
Neither up nor down. If you go over the limit, the platform asks you to move to the higher plan, but you make the change. If your volume drops, you can downgrade whenever you want.
Watch out for one important difference: the plan limit counts total orders, including pending and cancelled ones. The big number on the dashboard is Orders > $0, which are only the paid ones. That's why the paywall sometimes appears earlier than the dashboard suggests.
If you go over the limit
When your orders from the last 30 days exceed your plan's limit, the platform locks until you move to the higher plan. If you went over by a little and it was a one-off, message us: we can give you a few days to keep operating while you sort it out.
