For a pack, combo or bundle you need to enter the product's unit cost, not the cost of the whole pack.
Escalafy picks up bundles automatically and deducts the matching units: if the bundle is 2 units, it deducts the cost of 2; if it's 3, the cost of 3.
It's a common and costly mistake: entering the cost of the whole pack as if it were the unit cost makes your profit show up well below the real figure, and leads you to the wrong decisions about which products to push.
How to check it
In Latest orders, find an order for a bundle (for example a 2-for-1), open the detail and check that the product cost deducted is the cost of 2 units. If it doesn't match, message us with that order and we'll look into it.
