Escalafy has an MCP connector that gives your AI assistant read access to your store's numbers. Once connected, you ask in plain language — "how much did I make yesterday?", "which campaign should I turn off?" — and it answers with your real data, not estimates.
The URL you have to paste:
https://www.app.escalafy.com/api/mcp
Before you start
- The connector is an Advanced plan feature and is enabled per store.
- You need an Escalafy account with access to the organization you want to query.
- Your assistant has to support MCP connectors. Today Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok work, among others.
How to connect it
- Open your assistant's connector settings.
- Add a new connector and paste the URL
https://www.app.escalafy.com/api/mcp. - Authorize with your Escalafy account. This is where you define which organizations it can access.
- Test it with a simple question: "how much did I sell yesterday?".
What it can and can't do
Access is read-only, with two exceptions you can use if you want: uploading product costs and shipping tables. The connector doesn't touch your store, doesn't touch your campaigns and doesn't move money.
It respects the same permissions as the app: if a user has limited reports, financial metrics simply don't appear in the answer.
If you have several stores
The connector sees every organization you belong to. When you ask something, say which one you want the numbers from — or ask it to list the ones it has available.
