The most common error is that the Google account you're authorizing with doesn't have any Google Ads account associated with it. Google literally responds that the account that generated the token isn't associated with any Ads account.
Fix
Authorize with the Google account that actually manages your Google Ads account, or add that Google account as a user inside your Ads account and try again.
