How does cost sync across platforms work?

If you have the same products connected on more than one platform (for example, Shopify and Tiendanube), Escalafy lets you unify product costs in a single click.

How it matches

The tool compares variants by SKU code or exact name. Depending on what it finds, it applies one of these rules:

• Cost recorded on only one platform: it copies that cost to the platform that doesn't have it.
• Different costs on both platforms: it automatically takes the one that was changed most recently.

Step by step

1. When there are items that need syncing, an alert banner appears in the main menu with the number of items.
2. Click the alert to see the list comparing costs across platforms.
3. Select the items you want to sync (or use "Select all").
4. Save your changes.
