Once your inventory is centralized, Escalafy forecasts how much stock you have left and warns you before you run out of product.
Stock forecast
Escalafy compares your total stock with the units sold in the last 30 days and calculates how many days of stock you have left before you sell out. You enter the real stock per item and per warehouse, with an optional reason (for example "inventory count") that is recorded in the history.
Simulate a change in sales pace
With the sales pace multiplier you simulate spikes (x1.5, x2) for dates like Easter or Father's Day, and Escalafy recalculates your days of stock at that pace.
Stock alerts
You set two thresholds, both to your liking:
- Low stock (marked in yellow): below a certain number of days of stock.
- Out of stock: below a lower threshold of days.
Inventory history
- Manual changes: which user made them, when and why (useful for teams).
- Sales: source (Shopify or Mercado Libre), order ID, item affected, units deducted and from which warehouse.
- "Reversal" events: when an order comes in and is then cancelled (it was never shipped), the item is returned to inventory automatically.
