If an order is created one day and paid the next, which day does it count on?

The day it was created. And what that means when the money is released weeks later.

It's assigned to the day the order was created, not the day the payment was confirmed.

If an order is created today as pending and becomes paid tomorrow, that revenue shows up today, not tomorrow.

Only paid orders count toward revenue, but once they're paid they're assigned to their creation date.

When the money is released later

The dashboard shows what you sold, not what you've collected. If an order is marked as paid, it counts as revenue and profit on the day it was created, even if Mercado Libre releases the money a week or a month later.

If what you want to see is when the money comes in, not how much you sold, that view is Cash Flow: that's where we project pending payouts week by week. The dashboard answers a different question.
