Total orders vs. Orders over $0: which is which

Two different metrics that explain almost every difference with your store and with the paywall.

Escalafy has two order metrics, and knowing which one you're looking at clears up most of the confusion.

  • Orders > $0: confirmed and paid orders. These are the ones that count toward revenue.
  • Total orders: every order that came in from your store, including cancelled, returned and pending ones.

If you don't see them on the dashboard

They may be hidden. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the section and add them. Having both in view is the fastest way to understand any difference with your store's numbers.

Important for your plan: your subscription's order limit counts total orders, not orders over zero. That's why the paywall can appear even when the number you see on the dashboard is lower.
