The Inventory module gives you centralized stock by SKU: you connect all your Shopify, Tiendanube and Mercado Libre listings to the same inventory item, and stock stays up to date with sales from every channel (refreshed at most every 5 minutes).
The 3 steps (plus a reprocess)
- Import your inventory items.
- Map your listings to each item.
- Create your warehouses and link them to your shipping methods.
- Reprocess the last 30 days to bring in your sales history.
How to import items
- Manual: select the listings from each channel one by one (or all at once). An inventory item is created for each one.
- By SKU (smart import): automatically groups all listings that share the same SKU into a single item.
In the SKU import, listings without a SKU are skipped (gift cards, for example). If several listings represent the same physical stock (combos or duplicates), map them to a single item so you don't duplicate inventory.
Map listings and adjust quantities
For each item you add or remove the listings that belong to it. If a listing sells more than one unit of the item (a 2-for-1, a 3-for-2 or a pack with 2 pairs of socks), set the quantity (x2, x3): every sale of that listing deducts that quantity from the item.
Warehouses
Warehouses are your stock locations (Central, Fulfillment, Mercado Libre Full). Each shipping method (envía.com, llegue envíos, Mercado Libre Envíos, Mercado Libre Flex, Shopify custom shipping) is linked to a warehouse. Mercado Libre Full sales are linked to the Full warehouse.
