Yes. If the pixel is automatically paused due to a pending payment, the system keeps storing all the events that should have been sent to Meta during the pause.
As soon as the payment clears, the pixel reactivates on its own and sends all the queued data. No information from the paused period is lost.
Short answer: a payment pause does not cause data loss. Once the payment is settled, Meta receives all pending events automatically.
