I updated stock but inventory doesn't reflect my sales

Inventory has its own reprocess, separate from the rest of your settings.

In the top-right corner, next to Warehouses, there's a gear icon. Inside is the Reprocess last 30 days option, which pulls sales again and recalculates stock deductions.
