Break-even point shows $0

The break-even metric needs additional costs configured before it can calculate. If you have no additional costs loaded, it will always show $0.

The break-even point measures how much you need to sell to cover your fixed costs. If you have no additional costs configured, Escalafy has nothing to cover and the result is $0.

Why it happens

The calculation depends on having additional costs set up (fixed or variable). Without them, the number is empty and shows as $0. Reprocessing your data won't fix this — the cause is the absence of additional costs, not a data issue.

How to fix it

Go to Settings → Additional costs and add at least one fixed cost: payroll, rent, tools you pay monthly — whatever applies to your business. Once saved, the break-even point calculates automatically.
